Birthday Cake Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg or 1 flax egg
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Sprinkles
- Coconut whipped cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except for sprinkles and whipped cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add some sprinkles to the blender and gently shake.
Grease a ramekin and pour in the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove and top with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
Notes
Can use a flax egg instead of a regular egg for a vegan version.
