Blender-Made Gluten-Free Oat Flour Vanilla Donuts
Ingredients
Donuts
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Sprinkles
Preparation
In a blender, blend together the oats, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Add the egg, almond milk, Greek yogurt, applesauce, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Grease a donut pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour the batter into the donut pan.
Bake for 8 minutes or until the donuts are lightly golden.
Allow the donuts to cool completely.
Remove the donuts from the pan.
Spread Greek yogurt on top of each donut and add sprinkles.
