Fruity Pebbles Cereal Pancake Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes gluten-free pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Cereal of your choice (Fruity Pebbles, crumbled into the batter & added on top)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a donut pan with oil.

  2. In a bowl, stir together the Kodiak Cakes pancake mix, egg, almond milk, and crumbled Fruity Pebbles cereal.

  3. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, making 5-6 donuts.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes until the donuts are golden and cooked through.

  5. Allow the donuts to cool before proceeding.
