Baked Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup berries

Optional toppings

  • shredded coconut
  • shaved almonds
  • etc

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add all ingredients except the berries into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Divide the mixture into two greased oven-safe ramekins, stir in the berries, and bake for 30 minutes.
