Baked Oats with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup berries
Optional toppings
- shredded coconut
- shaved almonds
- etc
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients except the berries into a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide the mixture into two greased oven-safe ramekins, stir in the berries, and bake for 30 minutes.
