Healthy Oat Cups with Acai Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 80g peanut butter
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 150ml vegan Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • Berries
  • Dried edible flowers

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the other ingredients

  2. Add the mixture to a lined baking tin and press the mixture down in the center

  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes

  4. Allow them to cool completely

  5. Mix together the yogurt and acai powder, spoon this mixture into the cups then top with fresh fruits and dried edible flowers

Tips

  1. You can add protein powder or other flavorings like chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, or dates if desired

  2. Perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or a healthy snack
