Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190C

  2. Mix together: half a mashed banana, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional), 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

  3. Stir in a handful of dark chocolate chips

  4. Pour into a greased oven-proof bowl/ramekin and top with some banana slices

  5. Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy
