Apple Crumble Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 50g apple, chopped, peeled & cooked
- 50g any yoghurt (i use vanilla soya)
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp hot water
Preparation
Put oats and hot water into a bowl, stir and leave to thicken for a couple of minutes
Add in all of the other ingredients and stir (make sure you cook the apple first so it is soft)
Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 30min on 180c/350f/ gas mark 4
Serve for breakfast, snack or dessert with yoghurt (optional)
