Chocolate Orange Baked Oats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 40g low fat plain, vanilla or chocolate yogurt
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder or drinking chocolate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 4 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp orange extract

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4

  2. Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly

  3. Add all of the other ingredients to it and combine

  4. Pour mixture into an oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes

  5. Serve with extra low fat chocolate yogurt or maple syrup (optional)
