Chocolate Orange Baked Oats for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 40g low fat plain, vanilla or chocolate yogurt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder or drinking chocolate
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 4 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp orange extract
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4
Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly
Add all of the other ingredients to it and combine
Pour mixture into an oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes
Serve with extra low fat chocolate yogurt or maple syrup (optional)
