Strawberry and Cream Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 50g plain or vanilla yoghurt (I use soya)
  • 50g chopped strawberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 3 tbsp hot water

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C/ 350F/ gas mark 4.

  2. Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly.

  3. Add all of the other ingredients and mix.

  4. Pour into an oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Serve with extra yoghurt.
