Strawberry and Cream Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 50g plain or vanilla yoghurt (I use soya)
- 50g chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 3 tbsp hot water
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180C/ 350F/ gas mark 4.
Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly.
Add all of the other ingredients and mix.
Pour into an oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with extra yoghurt.
