Vegan Almond and Oat Waffles

Ingredients

  • 85 g almonds
  • 125 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml plant-based milk of your choice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the almonds and rolled oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with the baking powder

  3. In another bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined to form a batter

  5. Heat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions and cook the batter until golden brown and crispy
