Vegan Flourless Blueberry Breakfast Bread Made in Blender
Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg replacer (1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill egg replacer and 2 tbsp water, or a flax egg)
- 1/4 cup room temperature coconut oil
- 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Add-ins
- 1 cup blueberries or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the add-ins in a blender.
Fold in 1 cup blueberries or 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 42 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
