Flourless Cinnamon Apple Pie Blender Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup room temp vegan butter (room temp coconut oil should work too)
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup very creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Preparation

  1. Place in a bread loaf pan and bake at 375 for 40 minutes

  2. Cool completely and top with 1/3 cup vegan cream cheese plain or mixed with a couple tbsp maple syrup

  3. Enjoy
