Easy Vegan Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons apple puree
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk (or any milk)
  • 1 to 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Pour the mixture into a mug.
