Flour-Free Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons oat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or stevia
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Icing
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond milk
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together and add in the almond milk until a dough is formed.
Roll the dough onto a lightly floured surface into a long rectangle.
Top the rectangle with cinnamon and selected sweetener, and roll it up.
Place into a cup and microwave for about 1 minute.
Add some icing if you would like, or drizzle with agave syrup.
