Flour-Free Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons oat flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or stevia
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Icing

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and add in the almond milk until a dough is formed.

  2. Roll the dough onto a lightly floured surface into a long rectangle.

  3. Top the rectangle with cinnamon and selected sweetener, and roll it up.

  4. Place into a cup and microwave for about 1 minute.

  5. Add some icing if you would like, or drizzle with agave syrup.
