Santa Nutter Butters - Easy 5-Ingredient Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup nut butter (such as gingersnap cashew butter)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup oat flour (made by blending oats)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the nut butter and almond milk until well combined.
Stir in the oat flour, baking powder, and coconut sugar to form a cookie dough.
Using a mini cookie scoop, make 10 cookies (20 scoops in total). Use a fork dipped in oat flour to press each cookie down slightly.
Bake the cookies for 8 minutes until they are lightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool before filling them with extra nut butter.
For an added touch, top the cookies with white chocolate and sprinkles.
