Santa Nutter Butters - Easy 5-Ingredient Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup nut butter (such as gingersnap cashew butter)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oat flour (made by blending oats)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the nut butter and almond milk until well combined.

  3. Stir in the oat flour, baking powder, and coconut sugar to form a cookie dough.

  4. Using a mini cookie scoop, make 10 cookies (20 scoops in total). Use a fork dipped in oat flour to press each cookie down slightly.

  5. Bake the cookies for 8 minutes until they are lightly golden.

  6. Allow the cookies to cool before filling them with extra nut butter.

  7. For an added touch, top the cookies with white chocolate and sprinkles.
