Easy Gluten-Free Vegan Apple Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 100g oat flour
  • 100g oats
  • 50g vegan butter
  • handful blueberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Peel and chop apples, then mix with half the maple syrup, half the cinnamon, and blueberries in a baking dish

  3. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, oats, vegan butter, remaining maple syrup, and remaining cinnamon to make the crumble topping

  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and bubbling
