Easy Gluten-Free Vegan Apple Blueberry Crumble
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 100g oat flour
- 100g oats
- 50g vegan butter
- handful blueberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Peel and chop apples, then mix with half the maple syrup, half the cinnamon, and blueberries in a baking dish
In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, oats, vegan butter, remaining maple syrup, and remaining cinnamon to make the crumble topping
Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and bubbling
