Cinnamon Roll Baked
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 flax eggs (mix 4 tbsp warm water with 2 tbsp flax seed meal & sit 3 min)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet, mix until combined
Bake for 35 min! makes 8 servings under 200 cal each!
Vegan cream cheese frosting
Cups confectioners sugar
Cup softened vegan butter
Ounce pack vegan cream cheese
Mix with hand mixer (makes a lot so just freeze the rest!)
