Cinnamon Roll Baked

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 flax eggs (mix 4 tbsp warm water with 2 tbsp flax seed meal & sit 3 min)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet, mix until combined

  3. Bake for 35 min! makes 8 servings under 200 cal each!

  4. Vegan cream cheese frosting

  5. Cups confectioners sugar

  6. Cup softened vegan butter

  7. Ounce pack vegan cream cheese

  8. Mix with hand mixer (makes a lot so just freeze the rest!)
