Simple Protein Cinnamon Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 1/3 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 cups oats
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 scoops low FODMAP protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Grease 2 muffin tins.

  3. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

  4. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop mixture into muffin tins.

  5. Bake for 16-18 minutes.

  6. Enjoy the muffins.
