Simple Protein Cinnamon Oat Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 1/3 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 4 cups oats
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 scoops low FODMAP protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease 2 muffin tins.
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop mixture into muffin tins.
Bake for 16-18 minutes.
