Upside down pear baked oats
Ingredients
- 1 chopped pear
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- splash of vanilla
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup applesauce
Preparation
Mix 1 chopped pear with cinnamon in the bottom of a mini baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup plant milk, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, more cinnamon, splash of vanilla, and 1/4 to 1/3 cup applesauce.
Pour the mixture on top of the pears.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with warmed frozen blueberries.
