Upside down pear baked oats

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped pear
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup applesauce

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 chopped pear with cinnamon in the bottom of a mini baking dish.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup plant milk, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, more cinnamon, splash of vanilla, and 1/4 to 1/3 cup applesauce.

  3. Pour the mixture on top of the pears.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Serve with warmed frozen blueberries.
