Blueberry Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbs of peanut butter
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbs flaxseeds
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a bread tin or you can use oil.

  2. Mix together oats, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.

  3. Then in a separate bowl mash the bananas, mix in the milk, vanilla essence, maple syrup and flaxseeds. Then leave for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the banana mixture to the dry mixture and stir until it is all combined and add peanut butter.

  5. Fold in your blueberries and pour mixture into the baking tin.

  6. Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes and then enjoy.
