Baked Oats with Carrot and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 grated carrot
  • raisins
  • cinnamon
  • ginger
  • allspice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • squeeze of lemon
  • maple syrup

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • grapes
  • baby figs
  • salted pretzel chocolate
  • salted caramel vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all together.

  2. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Top with the desired toppings.
