Baked Oats with Carrot and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 grated carrot
- raisins
- cinnamon
- ginger
- allspice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- squeeze of lemon
- maple syrup
Toppings
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- grapes
- baby figs
- salted pretzel chocolate
- salted caramel vegan white chocolate
Preparation
Mix all together.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Top with the desired toppings.
