Vegan Carrot Cake Inspired Skillet Bake
Ingredients
- 60g spelt flour (can be substituted with plain, self raising, oat, or gluten free)
- 30g @myvegan carrot cake vegan blend
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 180ml almond milk
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- raisins (for topping)
- pecans (for topping)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form the batter.
Top the mixture with raisins and pecans for extra flavor.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or longer if you prefer it more cooked.
