Apple Almond Baked Oatmeal for Two

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 90g rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup / 30g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 handful raisins
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 cup / 250ml almond milk
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C or 350°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Pour them into two small oven-safe baking dishes.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve with blueberries and roasted almonds if you like, or with coconut yoghurt.
