Apple Almond Baked Oatmeal for Two
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 90g rolled oats
- 1/4 cup / 30g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 small banana
- 1 large apple
- 1 cup / 250ml almond milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 175°C or 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour them into two small oven-safe baking dishes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with blueberries and roasted almonds if you like, or with coconut yoghurt.
