Apple Almond Baked Oatmeal⁣

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 90g rolled oats⁣
  • 1/4 cup / 30g almond flour⁣
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁣
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla⁣
  • 1 handful raisins⁣
  • 1 small banana, mashed⁣
  • 1 large apple, grated⁣
  • 1 cup / 250ml almond milk⁣
  • pinch of salt⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 175C or 350F

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour them into two small oven safe baking dishes

  3. Bake for 30min

  4. Serve with some blueberries and roasted almonds if you like, but coconut yoghurt would go great with it too!⁣
