Healthy Carrot-Orange Breakfast Cake with Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 100g apple sauce
- 1 big grated carrot (~ 200g)
- 1tsp apple cider vinegar
- 200ml soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Flavedrops (or other sweetener)
- 100g oat flour
- 100g rice flour
- 1 tbsp starch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking baking soda
- 30g almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp orange peel
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- optional: 3-4 dates
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to a creamy dough
If you want cut a few dates and add them! If the dough is too sticky, add some more plant milk
Prepare a baking form with baking paper or oil and bake the cake in the preheated oven for ~ 45-60min ( 180°C/350°F, upper-/lower heat)
