Ginger Infused Oats with Chocolate Tahini Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 3 minutes while stirring and remove from heat.
Top with fruit and chocolate, with chocolate tahini as a preferred choice.
