Ginger Infused Oats with Chocolate Tahini Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring and remove from heat.

  3. Top with fruit and chocolate, with chocolate tahini as a preferred choice.
