Pumpkin Spice Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine everything in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
Allow to cook and thicken to a creamy consistency, about 5 minutes
Remove from stove top and serve topped with any goodies you can think of
