Banana and Turmeric Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer on the stove top.

  2. Allow oats to cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened to desired consistency.

  3. Once done cooking, serve with fruit and peanut butter.
