Banana and Turmeric Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer on the stove top.
Allow oats to cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened to desired consistency.
Once done cooking, serve with fruit and peanut butter.
