Spiced Turmeric Oatmeal Breakfast with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir until creamy and remove from stovetop, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Serve as desired.
