Spiced Turmeric Oatmeal Breakfast with Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir until creamy and remove from stovetop, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve as desired.
