Healthy Zoats Breakfast Bowl with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3 deglet noor dates, diced or 1-2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 or 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook and thicken while stirring.

  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Tip: To hide green bits, peel zucchini before grating and adjust amount to preference.
