Healthy Zoats Breakfast Bowl with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3 deglet noor dates, diced or 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 or 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken while stirring.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
Tip: To hide green bits, peel zucchini before grating and adjust amount to preference.
