Zucchini Oatmeal (Zoats)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/3 grated medium zucchini
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk ?
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and stir together
Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes
It will continue to thicken as it cools, so feel free to adjust to liking
