Quick Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Flaxseed
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and serve with whatever you might like.
