Quick Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Flaxseed

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.

  3. Remove from heat and serve with whatever you might like.
