Cardamom Oats Bowl with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Sliced up banana
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Cacao nibs
- Pepitas
- Puffed millet
Preparation
Add ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken for at least 5 minutes.
Serve topped with strawberries, cacao nibs, pepitas, and puffed millet.
