Cardamom Oats Bowl with Fresh Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Sliced up banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pepitas
  • Puffed millet

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook and thicken for at least 5 minutes.

  3. Serve topped with strawberries, cacao nibs, pepitas, and puffed millet.
