Fluffy Coconut Oatmeal with Spiced Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of all spice
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook for at least 3-5 minutes or until oats thicken and become creamy.

  3. Top with mango, blueberries, hemp seeds and pepitas.
