Fluffy Coconut Oatmeal with Spiced Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of all spice
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Preparation
Add everything to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for at least 3-5 minutes or until oats thicken and become creamy.
Top with mango, blueberries, hemp seeds and pepitas.
