Overnight Coconut Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • Pinch of cardamom and ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (beverage not canned unless you roll that way then go for it!)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Allow to set either overnight or for at least an hour in the fridge before serving.

  3. Top and enjoy!
