Overnight Coconut Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
- Pinch of cardamom and ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (beverage not canned unless you roll that way then go for it!)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Allow to set either overnight or for at least an hour in the fridge before serving.
