Coconut Lime Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 a mashed banana
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- juice and zest of half a lime
- optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup to sweeten to preference
Preparation
Add all ingredients except lime juice to to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to thicken and cook for about 5-6 mins
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice
Serve and top as desired
