Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g oats
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • half a scoop vegan chocolate caramel protein

Center mixture

  • half powdered peanut butter
  • regular peanut butter
  • water
  • sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix together the oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, baking powder, and protein powder to form the oat mixture.

  2. Mix half powdered peanut butter and regular peanut butter with water and sweetener to create the center filling.

  3. Place the center filling in the center of the oat mixture.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
