Biscoff Topped Protein Pancakes with Banana
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop of MyProtein UK natural banana whey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 30g oats
- 50-100 ml milk or egg whites
Toppings
- banana
- yogurt
- Biscoff biscuit
- MyProtein UK maple syrup
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Fry the mixture in a pan.
Top with banana, yogurt, Biscoff biscuit, and maple syrup.
Adjust the amount of milk or egg whites depending on the desired thickness of the batter.
