Delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Oats
Ingredients
- 40g of oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 medium banana
- 90-100 ml plant milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- chocolate chunks
Preparation
Add the oats to a blender and blend into a flour.
Add all the other ingredients except baking powder and blend. Add more liquid if too dry.
Mix in the baking powder and pour into an oven safe dish.
Place Choc chips & banana on top.
Put in a preheated oven at 200°c for 25-30 mins. Put it in for longer if you want it to be more cakey.
