Thick Creamy Oat Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite peanut butter (ours is dark roasted)
  • 1 juicy date
  • 1 banana
  • Plant-based milk (amount not specified)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in the smoothie cup and cover with plant-based milk (we never use soya milk because it makes my stomach sore, but I'm fine with tofu and similar products).

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy your smoothie.
