Thick Creamy Oat Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
- 1 tbsp of your favorite peanut butter (ours is dark roasted)
- 1 juicy date
- 1 banana
- Plant-based milk (amount not specified)
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the smoothie cup and cover with plant-based milk (we never use soya milk because it makes my stomach sore, but I'm fine with tofu and similar products).
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy your smoothie.
