Strawberry Smoothie Bowl and Pink Bliss Balls

Ingredients

Smoothie bowl

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk

Bliss balls

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1.5 cups pitted soft dates
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Smoothie bowl

  1. Simply blend everything together.

Bliss balls

  1. Add the oats to a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse a few times to break down a bit.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a thick dough.

  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
