Walnut and Cacao Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 6 walnuts
  • 4 prunes
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of thatprotein blissful brown rice and raw cacao super protein
  • A good slice of fresh ginger (1 cm thick)
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
  • Plant-based milk to cover

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender cup and cover with plant-based milk.

  2. Let it soak in the fridge for a while.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Enjoy!
