Walnut and Cacao Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 6 walnuts
- 4 prunes
- 2 heaped tablespoons of thatprotein blissful brown rice and raw cacao super protein
- A good slice of fresh ginger (1 cm thick)
- 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
- Plant-based milk to cover
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender cup and cover with plant-based milk.
Let it soak in the fridge for a while.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
