Homemade Plant-Based Waffles with Berries
Ingredients
- 200g oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 250 ml plant milk
- 50g buckwheat flour
- Berries to top
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Heat up your waffle iron and grease with a little coconut oil when warm.
Spoon in the mixture and be careful not to overfill; this should make 4 waffles.
Cook the waffles for 5-10 mins.
Top with berries, maple syrup and coconut yoghurt.
