Quick Pseudo Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients together in a tupperware container and mix well.

  2. Seal with lid and allow to set for at least 1 hr or overnight.

  3. Before eating, give one final stir and feel free to adjust flavors.

  4. Top with favorite toppings.
