Cinnamon Roll Swirl Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup apple sauce or 1 mashed banana
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon * 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt (about 1/8 tsp)
Preparation
Begin by preheating your oven to 180C, and add you oats, cinnamon, and baking powder into a bowl and mix well
Add in the remaining ingredients, and add into a medium or 9 inch baking dish
Pop this into the oven, and prepare your refined sugar free swirl! Simply mix coconut oil
Cinnamon, coconut sugar over and either microwave or on a pan over low heat
After 30-35 minutes, remove your oats and allow them to cool
Finally, top your “cinnamon bun” with you cinnamon swirl, and enjoy a delicious brekkie
