Chocolate Salted Caramel Pudding
Ingredients
- 30g natural sweetener granules/white sugar
- 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 45g chocolate salted caramel vegan protein
- 2tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
- 450ml unsweetened almond milk
- 60g dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation
Add the natural sweetener granules, cocoa powder, protein powder and cornflour to a non-stick pan
Slowly stir in the milk using a non-stick whisk or spatula on a low-medium heat
Add in the dark chocolate once the mixture has thickened slightly
Keep stirring for 5-10 mins until the mixture thickens further and becomes glossy
Pour into a bowl and cover with cling film to stop a skin forming while it cools
Serve warm, at room temperature or cold from the fridge
The mixture will thicken further while it cools
