Chocolate Salted Caramel Pudding

Ingredients

  • 30g natural sweetener granules/white sugar
  • 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 45g chocolate salted caramel vegan protein
  • 2tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
  • 450ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 60g dark chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Add the natural sweetener granules, cocoa powder, protein powder and cornflour to a non-stick pan

  2. Slowly stir in the milk using a non-stick whisk or spatula on a low-medium heat

  3. Add in the dark chocolate once the mixture has thickened slightly

  4. Keep stirring for 5-10 mins until the mixture thickens further and becomes glossy

  5. Pour into a bowl and cover with cling film to stop a skin forming while it cools

  6. Serve warm, at room temperature or cold from the fridge

  7. The mixture will thicken further while it cools
