Biscoff and Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g rolled oats
  • 2/3 banana
  • 35g vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 160ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 20g almond yoghurt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed
  • 2 Biscoff biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Mix all the ingredients except the Biscoff biscuits and Biscoff spread together.

  2. Pour half the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Place the Biscoff spread in the centre and cover with the remaining mixture. Top with broken Biscoff biscuits.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before devouring.
