Oreo Baked Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 55g Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 1 banana
- 30g Vanilla Vegan Protein (optional)
- 100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 20g Almond Yoghurt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
- 2 Oreo Cookies
- 1 tsp Chocolate Spread
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients except the Oreos and chocolate spread together.
Pour half the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Place the chocolate spread in the centre and cover with the remaining mixture.
Top with broken Oreo cookies.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before devouring.
