Jammie Dodger Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 55g Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 2/3 banana
- 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 140ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 20g Almond Yoghurt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
- 1 packet Mini Jammie Dodger biscuits
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients except the Jammie Dodgers and strawberry jam together.
Pour half the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Place the strawberry jam in the centre and cover with the remaining mixture.
Top with Jammie Dodger biscuits.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before devouring.
