Jammie Dodger Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g @momafoods jumbo rolled oats, ground into flour
  • 2/3 banana, mashed to a purée
  • 35g @awesomesupps vanilla vegan protein
  • 140ml @alpro unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp @droetkerbakes baking powder
  • 1 tbsp @linwoodshealthfoods milled flaxseed
  • 1 packet of mini @jammiedodgersofficial biscuits
  • 1 tbsp @stdalfourukofficial strawberry jam

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius

  2. Mix all the ingredients except the jammie dodgers and strawberry jam together

  3. Pour half the mixture into an ovenproof dish

  4. Place the strawberry jam in the centre and cover with the remaining mixture

  5. Top with jammie dodger biscuits

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes

  7. Allow to cool slightly before devouring!
