Vegan Chocolate Baked Oatmeal with Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 35g chocolate protein powder
- 2/3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 4 dates
- 200ml oat cream
- 100ml oat milk
- Handful of chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips.
Grease a ramekin.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
Top with ice cream and some more chocolate.
