Vegan Chocolate Baked Oatmeal with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 35g chocolate protein powder
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 4 dates
  • 200ml oat cream
  • 100ml oat milk
  • Handful of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer until smooth.

  2. Add the chocolate chips.

  3. Grease a ramekin.

  4. Preheat oven to 180C.

  5. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.

  6. Top with ice cream and some more chocolate.
